Transcripts are issued upon written request of the student and/or graduate.  The fee for each transcript is $3.00.  Checks may be made payable to: Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing.  Transcripts will be issued only to individuals in good financial standing with the College of Nursing.  For further information, please call Admissions Assistant at 309-655-2245.
