In-depth analyses of the theory, practice, context, content, skills, and processes relating to individual, organizational and global leadership. The evolving roles in dynamic educational and health care systems are explored. An emphasis is placed on the role of the nursing leader in relationship to innovative and strategic leadership approaches to change, managing outcomes, conflict, ethical and legal decisions, human and physical resources, and quality improvements.
