“Pathways to Successful Healthcare Careers” program
funded by the Grand Victoria Foundation.

The program targets individuals who have experienced one or more barriers, often financial, that prevent them from receiving training for the healthcare careers that would offer a family-sustaining wage. Nearly 50 Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing students have benefited from the program
